Delete your account content
You can remove your ANOMALY account content from the website or Android app.
In the service
- Sign in to the same account you used with ANOMALY.
- Open Account.
- If you have an active membership, choose Manage subscription / cancel and cancel it first.
- Open Remove account content, choose Delete my account content, and type DELETE when asked.
What is removed
The deletion route removes your ANOMALY profile, uploaded media, posts, comments, direct messages, submitted questions, business listing, saved research, reports you submitted, blocks, and stored membership link. Media objects associated with the account are removed from active storage.
What may remain
Stripe maintains payment and billing records under its own obligations. ANOMALY may retain minimal security, transaction, dispute, or backup records where reasonably required by law or to protect the service. Public information copied outside ANOMALY cannot be recalled by this process.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@ufoanduapdisclosure.com from the address associated with your account. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or identity documents unless a secure verification method is specifically provided.
