Terms of Use
Effective October 1, 2026. By entering ANOMALY after reviewing the required acknowledgements, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Purpose and evidence standard
ANOMALY is an independent public-records archive and community service. It is not affiliated with AARO, Congress, NARA, NASA, the National Weather Service, or another government agency. Official publication can establish a record’s origin; it does not establish every statement or interpretation inside that record. Community accounts and media may be unverified.
Not an emergency service. Alerts can be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete. Follow official local instructions and contact emergency services in immediate danger.
Your account and eligibility
You are responsible for activity through your account and for providing accurate information. Do not share access in a way that defeats service security. If you cannot legally agree to these terms where you live, do not create an account or purchase a membership.
Community rules
Do not post or send unlawful material, threats, harassment, hate or targeted abuse, private addresses or identifying information, malicious code, impersonation, deceptive fundraising, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not evade blocks or present community claims as verified official findings. Direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted; share only what you are comfortable giving the recipient. ANOMALY may hide or remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, and review reports to protect the service and its users.
Your content and media rights
You retain ownership of your contributions. By publishing content, you give Eternal Kinship LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and promote the ANOMALY service. You confirm that you created uploaded media or have permission to publish it. This license ends when content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical backups, legal duties, and copies already shared by others.
Membership and payments
Evidence access and signed-in social profiles, media, and direct messages do not require a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout until canceled and add the features described at checkout. Stripe processes payments and displays applicable taxes. Features may change prospectively, but public evidence access will not be conditioned on a paid plan. A returned checkout page is not proof of payment; membership activates only after verified payment status. Cancel through account billing before renewal. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.
External services
External evidence sources, videos, social networks, weather services, and payment pages are controlled by their providers. ANOMALY is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, or practices.
No professional advice
ANOMALY does not provide legal, medical, financial, aviation-safety, law-enforcement, or emergency advice. Investigate responsibly and use qualified professionals and official channels when decisions carry risk.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Eternal Kinship LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that community claims are accurate, or that every harmful contribution will be detected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-service notice. Questions may be sent to privacy@ufoanduapdisclosure.com.
